Library Kids: Collected Works
We're celebrating Ontario Public Library Week by collecting and binding an anthology to add to our collection, authored by the kids of Brockville. Submit your own stories, pictures and poems to be added to this book, which will then be available to borrow for all BPL members!
How It Works:
You submit your own original stories, pictures or poems. We will then create a bound anthology including all of the submissions that we receive, which we will then add to the Library's collection so it can be borrowed and enjoyed by the entire community!
How To Submit:
Submit your work online by emailing your work to hello@brockvillelibrary.ca. It can be typed or handwritten and scanned. If you need help scanning, feel free to come in and get staff assistance using our photocopier. Make sure to include any author details you would like included, such as the name and age of the writer, or even a short "About the Author" blurb. You can also submit anonymously or under a pen name.
OR
Submit in-person by bringing your work to the Library and providing it to staff at the front desk. Make sure to let us know if you would like your original copy back!
